I, the parent or guardian:​​​

• Understand that to hold my child’s space, I am responsible for tuition payments, regardless of my child’s attendance due to illness, vacations, public holidays or inclement weather, unless I notify the daycare within 24 hours of the absence.

• Understand that written two weeks notice must be given when withdrawing my child from the program.

• Understand the charge of $1 per minute per child if child stays 15 minutes longer than time on agreement without prior approval accordingly to our guidelines.

• Understand the charge of $1 per minute per child if child leave 15 minutes longer than time on agreement without prior approval accordingly to our guidelines.

• $1 per minutes if child is here longer than 10 hours per day.

• Understand that any changes will need 48 hours notice, any changes without 48 hours notice will be reviewed by the admin staff prior confirming your reservation.  Our admin staff will get in contact with you by confirming your booking date/time.
